01Why AI training fails

You bought the licences. Nothing changed.

  1. 01

    Tools without habits

Copilot or ChatGPT seats sit idle after week two, because nobody showed people how AI fits their actual tasks.

  2. 02

    Shadow AI and data risk

Employees paste client data into free tools anyway. Without clear rules and skills, the risk grows quietly.

  3. 03

    The EU AI Act deadline

Article 4 requires organisations to ensure sufficient AI literacy of their staff. A slide deck in the intranet will not count.

  4. 04

    Training that does not transfer

Generic courses teach features. Adults change behaviour when they practise on their own work, with feedback.

02Who runs the training

Przemek Blicharski, psychologist and IT consultant.

For twelve years I have helped companies adopt new technology without losing people on the way. I combine an IT consulting background with a degree in psychology, so my sessions focus on what really blocks adoption: habits, fear and unclear rules.

I have delivered international trainings for teams at Amazon and Accor, lecture on AI in postgraduate programmes, and co-organise AI Breakfasts Silesia. Sessions run in English for multinational groups across the EU.

06FAQ

Questions buyers ask before booking.

In which languages do you run AI training?

Training is delivered in English or Polish. Most international sessions run in English for multinational teams across the EU.

Do you deliver AI training remotely or on-site?

Both. Webinars run live online (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet). In-company workshops can be held on-site anywhere in the EU or remotely.

Does the training help with EU AI Act Article 4 AI literacy?

Yes. The AI Literacy programme covers the competences Article 4 refers to, and every participant receives attendance confirmation you can keep as evidence. It does not replace legal advice.

How large can the group be?

Webinars work for up to around 100 participants. Hands-on workshops work best with 8 to 20 people, so larger teams are split into cohorts.

Which AI tools do you cover?

The ones your company already uses or approves: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and n8n for automation. The methods transfer between tools.

Who has Przemek trained before?

International teams at companies including Amazon and Accor, plus SMEs, public institutions and postgraduate students in Poland and abroad.

How do invoicing and VAT work for EU companies?

You receive an invoice from a Polish company. For VAT-registered businesses in other EU countries the reverse-charge mechanism applies.
