AI training

AI training for your department and industry

A salesperson needs something different from AI than an accountant does, and a shift supervisor needs something different from a marketer. So I start every workshop with the tasks your team has on its desk this week.

  • From PLN 6,000 net
  • 4–8 hour workshop
  • 70% of the time on your tasks

01Departments

Training topics for company departments

Each description starts with a typical situation in that department. We pick the topics that suit your group and settle the details on our first call.

Sales

„Before a salesperson calls a client, they dig through emails, notes and the CRM, so less and less time is left for the conversation itself.”

Where it comes from

Salespeople are measured on results, so anything that doesn't bring a signature closer gets postponed. AI catches on fastest where it immediately removes work before and after the call.

Training topics

  • Preparing for a call from public information about the client's company
  • Proposals and follow-up emails written from your own notes
  • Practising objections and hard conversations with AI playing the client
  • Tidying meeting notes before they go into the CRM

What you have afterwards

Salespeople leave with instructions built around their own proposals and emails, so preparing for calls takes less time from the next day on.

Marketing

„We publish as much as the team has time to write, and AI drafts sound just like our competitors.”

Where it comes from

A model that doesn't know your brand writes the average of the whole internet. After a few attempts like that, the team decides the tool is useless, when all it lacked was a good brief.

Training topics

  • Your brand style guide written as instructions for the model
  • Turning one piece into a post, an email and web copy
  • Analysing competitors and customer reviews
  • AI images and video, including the copyright rules

What you have afterwards

The team shares a set of instructions in your brand's voice that anyone can use from the first draft.

HR and L&D

„We're supposed to lead the company through an AI rollout, and people keep asking us whether it will cost them their jobs.”

Where it comes from

Fear for your own position beats any presentation about benefits. HR needs answers that take this fear seriously, and it also has to know where AI in recruitment falls under stricter legal requirements.

Training topics

  • Talking to the team about their concerns over AI
  • Job ads, role descriptions and onboarding materials
  • AI in recruitment and the requirements of the EU AI Act and GDPR
  • Analysing employee surveys and training needs

What you have afterwards

The department leaves with a draft of company rules for using AI and a script for talking to employees about what will change.

Finance and controlling

„We build the report by hand from several Excel files, and the board still asks where the numbers came from.”

Where it comes from

Finance answers for every number, so it rightly distrusts a tool that can be wrong with full confidence. That reflex is a good starting point, which is why I mainly teach people how to check results.

Training topics

  • Formulas, macros and data cleaning in Excel
  • Variance commentary and summaries for the board
  • Automating repetitive reports
  • Checking results, and which data may go into which tool

What you have afterwards

The team has a tested way to shorten one repetitive report and clear rules for working with financial data.

Customer service

„The same questions come back every day, and new hires take a long time to learn the answers from a dozen documents.”

Where it comes from

Agents worry that a fast AI answer will turn out wrong and that they will pay for it. The tool catches on when it prepares a draft and leaves the decision to send with a person.

Training topics

  • A knowledge base you can question in your own words
  • Draft replies in your company's tone
  • Complaints and messages from upset customers
  • Analysing why customers get in touch

What you have afterwards

Agents have ready instructions for the most common cases, and new hires find answers faster without pulling colleagues away from their work.

Leadership and managers

„Everyone asks me about our AI strategy, and I don't know what to invest in first or how to measure it.”

Where it comes from

Few people in this role will admit in front of their team that they don't understand the subject, so decisions get made from vendor presentations. In a closed workshop you can ask anything without losing face.

Training topics

  • What AI can do today, with examples from your areas
  • Choosing the first processes and calculating return on investment
  • Risks related to data, GDPR and the EU AI Act
  • Leading a team through change

What you have afterwards

The leadership team leaves with a shared language and a list of first processes to start with.

02Industries

Training topics for your industry

I build the exercises on documents you know from daily work. Below are examples from four industries.

Manufacturing

„The office is testing ChatGPT, while the shop floor still runs on binders and handwritten shift reports.”

Where it comes from

People on shift are focused on the plan and on safety, so a new tool has to help straight away with a specific document. I start the training with the staff who write and read those documents.

Training topics

  • Work instructions and translations for foreign workers
  • Analysing shift reports and recurring breakdowns
  • Quality documentation and replies to complaints
  • Requests for quotation and comparing supplier offers

What you have afterwards

Supervisors have a faster way to prepare production documents, and the team knows which company data must stay out of public tools.

Logistics

„Statuses, delivery notices and carrier claims arrive by email in several languages, and our forwarders spend the whole day answering them.”

Where it comes from

Logistics runs on fast replies, so people stick to proven manual routines and have no time to look for new ones. One automation shown on their own inbox works best.

Training topics

  • Emails and correspondence in foreign languages
  • Extracting data from transport documents
  • Handling claims and damage reports
  • Automations in n8n or Make for repetitive status updates

What you have afterwards

The team leaves with ready instructions for correspondence and a chosen first process to automate.

FMCG

„Retail chains want arguments for every meeting, and our sales and promotion data sits in a dozen spreadsheets.”

Where it comes from

Key account managers have the data but lack the time to find the story in it for a specific buyer. That's why we practise the route from spreadsheet to argument.

Training topics

  • Analysing sales and promotion results in spreadsheets
  • Preparing for negotiations with retail chains
  • Product descriptions and materials in several languages
  • Summarising consumer research and reviews

What you have afterwards

Sales and marketing share a way of preparing materials for retail meetings from their own data.

Retail

„Product descriptions, customer replies and instructions for stores take the time that was meant for selling.”

Where it comes from

When work is spread across many stores, shared habits are hard to build because everyone copes in their own way. Simple shared instructions work better here than advanced tools available only at head office.

Training topics

  • Product descriptions for the online store
  • Replies to reviews and complaints
  • Instructions and announcements for stores
  • Comparing sales results between stores

What you have afterwards

Head office has a set of ready instructions to pass on to stores, and agreed rules for using customer data.

03How it works

Training terms

  • 4–8 hour workshop

Exercises on participants' real tasks take up 70% of the time. I run them on site across Poland or online, in Polish or English.

  • A programme for your group

I build the programme after a free diagnostic call, matching it to the department, the industry and the group's level. Nobody needs prior AI experience.

  • Support after the workshop

After the training your team gets the materials and can email me questions for 2 weeks.

  • Price

Training starts at PLN 6,000 net. On site, travel costs are added. I confirm the exact quote after our first call.

After the training you can go further

Training is the best first step. For companies that then want to keep building skills all year, I offer the AI Growth Initiative programme.

04Contact

Tell me which team you want to train

One sentence about the team and what takes most of its time today is enough. The first call is free, and I reply within 24 hours.

I'll use your address only to send you my reply, which I write myself.
